Cooke City Real Estate
In 2004 Troy and Beth purchased the Cooke City General Store which they run during the summer months with their daughter.
I (Troy Wilson) earned my Real Estate license in 1994, and I started off my career by winning Billings Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year for most sales as a new agent. My real estate career continued to be successful, but I wanted more in my life. In 2004, I let my passion for Cooke City win and my wife Beth and I purchased the Cooke City General Store. I earned my Real Estate Broker license in 2007 and Beth earned her Real Estate Agent license in 2009. Together we now specialize in Cooke City area real estate.
I am very involved in the great community of Cooke City. I am the volunteer fire chief, chairperson of the Emergency Services Board, board member of the Cooke City Water Board, a member of the Zoning Advisory Board, member of Park County Fire Council, and a member of Park County Search and Rescue. My wife and I are devoted to the Cooke City area and would love to assist you with any of your area real estate needs.
Beth Wilson grew up in Montana and graduated from college in Billings. She has had her CPA license since 1997 and her real estate agent license since 2009. For the past 15 years, she has worked during the tax season for a local accounting firm.
